The Business Analyst will work closely with business stakeholders to define KPIs, reporting requirements, and dashboard logic, ensuring business objectives are accurately translated into technical solutions.
Conduct requirement-gathering workshops with Finance and business teams
Define KPI definitions, business rules, and reporting logic
Create functional specifications, user stories, and process flows
Develop KPI dictionaries and dashboard requirement documents
Validate data requirements and support UAT
Act as the liaison between business and technical teams
3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
Experience in finance, project cost control, or enterprise reporting
Experience defining executive-level dashboards and KPIs
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field
CBAP or equivalent certification is a plus
